God is a God of his word, and we can completely trust him, so we must be very careful with what we say we will do so that we can be trusted. 
 
We are physically and mentally weakened when we break our word. Likewise when we break our word to others, they are warned that we can not be trusted. You’re not perfect! You will break our word. Don’t freak out! All there is to do is restore your integrity—the sooner the better.
